Do I need to be fit already to start? +

No. Every program starts with a full assessment and is built from exactly where you are today — whether you haven't trained in years or you're a regular who's stalled. The only requirement is that you'll show up and be honest. The fitness is what we build over the 12 weeks; you don't need it on day one.

What makes this different from an app? +

An app gives you a generic plan and leaves you alone with it — which is exactly why most people quit by week three. Transform Co is a real 1:1 with Nick every week, a plan adapted to your data and your life, and a coach who notices the moment you drift and pulls you back. You're not buying a program; you're buying the structure and the accountability that make a program actually work.

How much time does it take each week? +

The whole point is that it fits your real schedule. Most members train 3–4 focused sessions a week plus a weekly call with Nick. We build the plan around the diary you actually have — not an idealised one — so it survives busy weeks instead of collapsing the first time work gets heavy.
