What actually happens in the 90 days? +

Day one we measure your baseline and Nick builds your roadmap. Then it's three 30-day blocks — Foundation, Momentum, The New Standard — with a personalised training and nutrition plan, a weekly 1:1 check-in where your data is reviewed and the plan adjusted, and unlimited coach access in between. On day 90 you re-test the same metrics, so the result is proven, not guessed.

Do I need to be super fit to start? +

No. The whole point of the day-one assessment is to start exactly where you are and build from there. Total beginners and people coming back after years off finish this Challenge all the time — the plan is written for your body, your strength level and your real schedule, then it scales up as you do.

How is this different from a fitness app? +

An app gives you a generic plan and then forgets you exist. The Challenge gives you a plan built for you, a real coach watching your numbers every single week, and a deadline you've committed to out loud.
